“In the above case the Receiver and Trustee occupied the premises in question from January 28, 1929, to March 31, 1929. The premises had been occupied by the bankrupt under a lease in which the rental provisions were as follows: — From November '!, 1925, to January 1, 1927, at the rate of $1250 per month; for the year 1927 the'annual rental was $18,000; for the year 1928 the annual rental was $20,000; for the year 1929 the annual rental was to be $22,000..
