UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA SCHEKERA BLAIR-SCOTT, Plaintiff, Case No. 20-cv-2258 (JMC) v. DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, et al., Defendants. MEMORANDUM OPINION Schekera Blair-Scott was stopped by Metropolitan Police Department officers when they saw her make an allegedly illegal u-turn. The officers ran Blair-Scott’s information through a database which told them that her license had been suspended. They then put her in handcuffs and arrested her.
