The appellant, insurance company, issued a policy upon the life of Vena May La Blue, the wife of appellee, insuring her life in the sum of $1,000, and naming her husband, appellee herein, as beneficiary. Mrs. La Blue made a written application for the policy on *732December 9, 1930. A photostatic copy of the application was attached to the policy and made a part thereof. She died on February 7, 1931, after the payment of two monthly premiums of $1.31 each.
