In this action, the appellee sued the appellants and one Robert McBeth, for the recovery of certain money claimed to be due and unpaid, under a written lease executed by and between the appellee’s testator, John Hendrix, in his lifetime, and said Robert McBeth.

To the appellee’s complaint the appellants demurred, for the alleged insufficiency of the facts therein to constitute a cause ' of action, which demurrer was overruled by the court, and to this ruling they excepted. They then answered in four paragraphs, to the second and fourth paragraphs of which answer the appellee’s demurrer, for…
