This is an action for damages for personal injuries, and was instituted by David W. Sills, the original plaintiff herein, against the defendant in the circuit court of the city of St. Louis. The venue of the cause, upon application of the plaintiff, was changed to the circuit court of Boone county, at the June term, 1904, of which court, upon trial had, a verdict and judgment in the sum of fifteen thousand dollars was rendered in favor of plaintiff.
