James Eric Fountain was convicted at a bench trial in the Pulaski

County Circuit Court on four drug-related felonies: simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms; possession of marijuana with intent to deliver; maintaining a drug premises; and possession of drug paraphernalia. On the offense of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, a class Y felony, Mr. Fountain was sentenced to a term of ten years with four years suspended.
