Prosecution against Young .for bastardy. Prosecution sustained in the court below. Appeal to this *537court. A bill of exceptions purports to contain all the evi-' dence given on the trial of the cause.

Mary E. Converse, the relatrix, was the mother of the bastard child. It was born on the 11th day of October, 1874.
