The relators applied to this Coürt for a writ of alternative mandamus to compel the Court of Appeal of the Second Circuit to consider their application for a rehearing. The adverse judgment was rendered on June 18, 1941, 7 So.2d 719, and a copy of the opinion and decree was mailed to the relators’ counsel on the same day and he received it the following day.
