Defendant-Appellant, Bolt Associates, Inc. (“Bolt”), appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Blumenfeld, Judge, awarding Plaintiff-Appellee, Western Geophysical Company of America, Inc. (“Western”), damages of $848,544 for Bolt’s wrongful termination of an exclusive licensing agreement.
