MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. Introduction

Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Transfer. (Dkt. No. 11.) Defendants in this case include Target Brands, Inc. and Target Corporation (collectively “Target”). The Court, having considered the venue motion and the arguments of counsel, DENIES the motion to transfer venue to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). The balance of the private and public factors does not demonstrate that the transferee venue is “clearly more convenient” than the venue…
