The plaintiff is a lawyer residing in Milwaukee. For some time prior to the 16th day of June, 1931, he had been acting as the attorney for Lewis & Leidersdorf Company in the matter of the purchase by Lewis & Leiders-*423dorf Company of a drug store, located in Waukesha, owned by one John Swift, and operated under the name of Broadway Drug Shop.
