This suit was brought in the District Court of Cooke County on September 9, 1905, by Thomas Jefferson as plaintiff in form of trespass to try title against Margreth Williams, hereinafter styled appellee, to recover one hundred and sixty-nine and five-eighths acres of land in the said county, conveyed to Thomas Jefferson by N. W. Wheeler on April 10, 1880.
