Plaintiff William Coole, as administrator of the estate of his deceased daughter, Lisa Coole, appeals the Champaign County circuit court’s July 2007 order, granting the motion for summary judgment filed by defendants, Central Area Recycling; Central Area Waste; Allied Transport, Inc.; and Bryan Hall.
