| ]This case involves a landlord-tenant dispute over damages to movable property due to water intrusion in leased property. Plaintiffs, Benjamin Crosby and Bentex Associates, Inc., rented three apartments at 708 Orleans Avenue, owned by defendant Sahuque Realty Co., Inc. and managed by defendant Latter & Blum, Inc. (collectively “defendants”).
