LE BLANC, Judge.

These two cases were consolidated in the lower court for the purpose of trial and submission. A separate judgment was rendered in each in favor of the pláintiff, and these appeals were taken by the defendants who were east in each case.

In both cases, the issue involves the status of certain improvements that were placed in a sugar factory that was at the time being operated by the Loreauville Sugar Factory, Inc., as a successful execution of these judgments, if they are affirmed, will depend largely on whether such improvements constitute movable property and as such still…
