This is an appeal by defendant from a judgment in the sum of $515 entered upon the finding of the court. The action was based upon two life insurance policies issued by defendant on the life of plaintiff’s mother, Mary A. Burns. The policies provided for the payment of double indemnity in case of death by accidental means. The evidence shows that the insured died December 8, 1933, while the policy was in force, as a result of a fall to the sidewalk from the window of an apartment in which she lived.
