—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Shaw, J.), dated January 11, 1993, which granted the motion of the defendant Otis Elevator Corp. and the defendants Rentar Development and Albee Square Mall Associates for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs to Otis Elevator Corp.
