THIS MATTER came before the Court pursuant to John K. Clark, the Palm Beach County Tax Collector’s (the “Tax Collector”) Motion to Dismiss Debtor’s Motion to Determine Tax Liability Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a) and 505(a) and Motion to Abstain (the “Motion to Dismiss”).
