Appellant was convicted of two counts of homicide by vehicle in the first degree by driving under the influence of alcohol, which resulted in an accident causing the death of two persons.

1. Appellant contends the trial court erred by requiring his expert witness to be sequestered as a result of the court’s failure to exercise its discretion in this matter. Appellant requested that his accident reconstruction expert be allowed to remain in the courtroom to hear the testimony of other witnesses as to what happened at the scene of the accident, even if the rule of sequestration…
