Anthis and other owners of land in Creek county, and Sam McPherson, assignee of the lessee in an oil and gas lease covering such land, brought this action to restrain defendants Okmulgee Supply Corporation, Roberts, Colchensky, and Ford from removing equipment used in producing oil and gas from wells on the land involved.
