delivered the opinion of the Court.

Contrary to Appellant’s pleas, a general court-martial with enlisted representation convicted Appellant of one specification of sexual abuse of a child, in violation of Article 120b, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 920b (2012). Appellant’s adjudged and approved sentence consisted of confinement for thirty months, a reduction to E-l, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and a dishonorable discharge.
