Plaintiffs-appellants Red Ball Interior Demolition Corporation (“Red Ball” or the “Company”) and John Palmadessa (collectively “plaintiffs”) appeal from a final order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Sweet, J.) granting defendant-appellee Daniel Pal-madessa’s motion for a declaratory judgment that a fund created pursuant to a settlement agreement between the parties was available to discharge Red Ball’s liabilities to its general creditors.
