The above cause came on to be heard upon the transcript of the record, the briefs of the parties, and argument of counsel for appellant. It appears that proceedings to reorganize the Detroit Plarbor Terminals, Inc., a Michigan corporation, were commenced under Section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A.' § 207, and completed after the Chandler Act, 11 U.S.C. A. § 606, became effective.
