HARDIMAN, Circuit Judge.

Aslqn Soobzokov appeals an order of the District Court dismissing his claims against publisher Houghton Mifflin Harc-ourt and author Eric Lichtblau. We will affirm.

In 2014, Houghton Mifflin published Lichtblau’s book, The Nazis Next Door: How America Became a Safe Haven for Hitler’s Men. In that work, Lichtblau argues that the United States government brought Nazis here after World War II for strategic purposes. Among these alleged Nazis was Soobzokov’s father, Tscherim.
