A jury convicted Appellant Dondre Johnson of two counts of theft of property of the value of $1,500 or more but less than $20,000 and assessed his punishment at two years’ confinement in a state jail and a ten-thousand dollar fine in each case. The trial court sentenced him accordingly, with the sentences running concurrently.
