STEWART, Chief Justice.
David Nichols, convicted of the wilful' murder of Mary Georgia Roberts and sentenced to death, has appealed and urges-these grounds for reversal: (1) There was-no evidence of malice aforethought as to-the crime committed; (2) the trial judge failed to properly admonish the jury with. *185respect to evidence of prior convictions of felonies by appellant; and (3) the lower court did not instruct the jury on the whole law of the case.
