On August 21, 1974, the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Lebanon, pursuing the Southside Disaster Urban Renewal Project, filed its declaration of taking of nine rental properties of the condemnee, James Chichi.

On October 11, 1974, the condemnor filed a petition for a writ of possession, averring that the condemnor has complied with section 407 of the Eminent Domain Code of June 22, 1964, Sp.
