DICKENSON, Justice.

Elmer Glenn Sturgis was convicted upon his plea of guilty to the offense of engaging in organized criminal activity. 1 Punishment was assessed by the District Judge, pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, at confinement for six years and a $600 fine. After conviction but before sentence was pronounced, Sturgis was convicted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, and sentenced to a three year term for a different offense.
