On July 31, 1930, C. H. Holmes brought suit against Jill Bros. Inc. on an open account in the superior court of Bibb County, the petition alleging that Frank Jill was an officer of said corporation temporarily sojourning in Bibb County, Georgia. The defendant filed a plea to the jurisdiction and an answer.
