¶1 The question that we decide is whether the successor trustee under a deed of trust securing a delinquent note in this case breached its duty of good faith under the Deeds of Trust Act, RCW 61.24.010(4).1 Specifically, we decide whether Northwest Trustee Services Inc. (NWTS), the successor trustee, was entitled to rely on the beneficiary declaration of Wells Fargo Bank NA for authority to schedule a trustee’s sale of property owned by Rocio Trujillo.
