A jury found appellant, Randall Burton, guilty of possessing less than two ounces of marijuana. 1 The jury assessed punishment at 60 days in jail and a $500 fine. We affirm.

Appellant filed his notice of appeal on August 9, 2005. On February 6, 2006, appellant filed a “Motion to Withdraw Counsel.” On March 30, 2006, the trial court conducted a hearing and determined that appellant had knowingly and intelligently waived his right to appellate counsel.
