Plaintiffs, Frank J. Gombos and Elizabeth Gombos, his wife,purchased a lot, tract or parcel of ground from defendants, Earl M. Evans and Florence M. Evans, his wife, on or about October 24, 1956, which tract of ground is fully described in the deed recorded in Deed Book, Volume 1629, Page 282, in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Westmoreland County. The said deed refers to “a proposed street” in setting forth the metes and bounds.
