OPINION
Opinion by Justice BRIDGES.
Relators filed this mandamus proceeding after the trial court denied their motion for leave to designate a responsible third party. We conclude the trial court abused its discretion in denying the motion and rela-tors have no adequate remedy by appeal. We therefore conditionally grant the writ of mandamus.
