On the Court’s own motion, we VACATE our September 10, 1999 opinion. We also VACATE our September 10, 1999 judgment. This is now the opinion of this Court.

The State Bar of Texas filed a disciplinary petition in the name of the Commission for Lawyer Discipline against attorney Richard W. Favaloro, alleging professional misconduct.
