ORDER

EDENFIELD, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff David Bryan Fletcher brought this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against Sere- ven County, Georgia (the County) and its sheriff, Mike Kile, alleging, inter alia, that Kile unconstitutionally and maliciously arrested Fletcher following a verbal confrontation between Fletcher and Kile’s wife. Doc. # 1. The defendants now move for summary judgment. 1
