Morrison v. Fellman

This action is brought by the plaintiff against the defendant Jacob Keur for an injunction to prevent the defendant from interfering with an easement running from his property to Riverdale avenue, Bronx county. The plaintiff has been using *773this way as one of ingress and egress from his home to the outer world for over fifty years.
