Plaintiff-employee Capen Trucer Carl Anders, II (Anders) appeals from an Opinion and Award of the Industrial Commission denying his claims for additional medical and indemnity benefits related to bilateral hernias allegedly caused by an earlier, compensable hernia injury that plaintiff suffered while employed by defendant-employer Universal Leaf North America (Universal Leaf).
