Appellees instituted this suit in the District Court of Harris County, seeking a partition of land in the City of Houston. Appellants cross-acted in trespass to try title, asserting sole ownership of the land to ■ be in appellant, Priscilla McCradic Brown; and in the1 alternative. sought an adjustment of equities.
