Plaintiff’s complaint herein seeks recovery from defendant of statutory damages, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, based upon defendant’s alleged failure to comply with the Truth-in-Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. (the Act), and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. Part 226, with respect to a printed-form agreement between plaintiff and defendant entitled “Rental Agreement with Option to Purchase,” covering a television set, hereinafter referred to as “the agreement.” A copy of the agreement is attached to this opinion as Exhibit A.
