Affirming.

Appellant was tried and convicted of voluntary manslaughter in the court below, under an indictment for the murder of his wife, Tilda McG-eorge. His guilt having been declared by verdict of a jury, the judgment of the court fixed his punishment at indeterminate confinement in the penitentiary not less than two, nor more than twenty-one years.
