This is an appeal by plaintiffs from a decree in their favor on their petition for rescission, cancellation, and return of the pur-' chase price which decree, however, allowed the defendants-respondents the sum of $5,900 as the reasonable rental value of the property while in plaintiffs’ possession. For convenience and clarity the plaintiffs-appellants Cannon will be referred to as “Buyers,” and the defendants-respondents Bingman will be referred to as “Sellers.” The case has been before this court in Cannon v.
