Printer’s Service Co. (plaintiff) brought an action on account (Count I) and an action for misrepresentation (Count II) against Miami Systems Corp. (defendant). Defendant counterclaimed for breach of warranty. The parties’ claims were based on business dealings. Plaintiff constructed folders from paper provided by defendant.
