Dart & Bogue Company, Inc., the debtor-in-possession in this chapter 11 ease, exercising its rights under § 544 of the Bankruptcy Code, 1 the strong-arm clause, seeks a court determination that prepetition mortgage deeds executed by the debtor in favor of the defendant are invalid under state law.
