Burleigh Payne, a minor, appearing by his natural guardian and next friend, Inez Payne, plaintiff in error here, brought an action in the district court for annulment of his marriage to Frankie Payne, defendant below, defendant in error here, who answered the complaint and filed a counterclaim seeking a diyorce. The trial was to the court and resulted in a dismissal of both the complaint and counterclaim. Plaintiff in error is here by writ of error, seeking a reversal of the judgment.
