Defendant Prince Isaac asks this Court for a new trial pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 33 based upon newly discovered documentary evidence that the Government failed to disclose to him prior to trial. , He asserts the Government’s failure to turn over four exculpatory documents that were critical to- his defense violated his due process rights under Brady v.
