CEREZO, District Judge.
This is an action for damages under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 United States Code, section 2671, et seq.
Plaintiff Félix Vega suffered an accident while working at the premises of the U.S. Government at its Federico Degetau Federal Building in Hato Rey on January 27, 1980. Plaintiff was a supervisory employee of Vigilante Security Guards which had been contracted by the U.S. Government to perform security services at the premises.
