This appeal comes to us from the district court’s rulings on objections and motions filed by the appellant, Port Stitt, coadministrator of the estate of Mae Louie Hart-stack, deceased, in the estate of Albert J. Hartstack, deceased. Appellant argues a number of errors, but only four need be considered. The court in its ruling said: “Upon hearing it was announced by -the court and agreed to by the attorneys of record that in view of the fact that the heirs of Albert J.
