The defendant, Mark Simino, was found guilty after a jury trial of the crimes of larceny in the second degree by possession in violation of General Statutes § 53a-123 (a) (2)1 and conspiracy to commit larceny in the second degree by possession in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-482 and 53a-123 (a) (2).
