This matter is before the Court on Defendant Castforce, Inc.’s (“Castforce”) Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Dismiss Plaintiffs Complaint [Doc. 8], Plaintiff Rodriguez alleges in the Complaint that Castforce improperly classified him as an independent contractor so that it could avoid paying minimum and overtime wages as required under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 206, 207, and 215.
