This matter comes before the Court on the Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay or, in the Alternative, Allowance of an Administrative Expense Claim, filed in this case by Richard Fazio (hereinafter “Fazio”). By his Motion, Fazio seeks authority to enforce an allegedly postpetition claim against Growth Development Corporation (hereinafter “Debtor”), an action which both the Debt- or and the United States Trustee oppose.
